This Privacy Policy describes information handled when you browse senytv.com, use a request form, or contact SenyTV. “SenyTV” is the brand name used on this website.
1. Information you provide
- On the homepage request form: your name, email address, and whether you are asking about a trial or subscription.
- On trial or plan request forms: your name, device type, optional device model, and selected plan.
- In support conversations: any details you choose to send, such as your order, device, activation, or troubleshooting information.
2. What happens when you submit a website form
The website forms do not submit information to a SenyTV web server. The current site temporarily holds your entries in your browser and prepares a message addressed to SenyTV in WhatsApp. Your browser opens WhatsApp; you decide whether to send the message. SenyTV receives the message only after you send it. WhatsApp and its provider may process the message under their own terms and privacy notices.
The site does not collect payment through these forms. Payment is arranged separately after SenyTV confirms the order. The payment provider you choose may process payment information under its own privacy notice.
3. Why information is used
SenyTV uses information in messages you send to respond to enquiries, check device compatibility, arrange a requested trial, confirm and activate an order, provide support, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations. Information is not sold by the website.
4. Service providers and external links
The site loads font files from Google Fonts. Your browser may send technical connection information to Google when it requests those files. The site also links to WhatsApp, Telegram, app stores, and other providers. If you follow an external link, that provider’s privacy policy applies to its processing.
The current site code does not include a SenyTV account system, payment checkout, or first-party analytics/advertising cookie. The homepage uses session storage for basic scroll restoration. These details may change if site features change.
5. Retention and security
SenyTV keeps support and order messages for as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide the service, keep appropriate business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements. WhatsApp may retain messages according to its own settings and policies. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
6. International processing
WhatsApp, Google, app stores, and other external providers may process technical or message information in countries other than yours. Their own privacy notices explain their processing and available safeguards.
7. Your choices and privacy requests
Depending on the law where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection to certain processing. You can contact SenyTV through official WhatsApp support and write “Privacy request.” We may need to verify your request. Some records may need to be retained where the law requires it.
8. Children
The subscription is intended to be ordered by adults. A parent or guardian who believes a child has sent personal information to SenyTV may contact support to request review or deletion, subject to legal recordkeeping requirements.
9. Changes
